Where it all starts:
You’ve probably seen some of our online material and understand that the playhouses and climbing frames we make for our customers are unique and of the highest hand-crafted quality. Perhaps it’s our ethos to build equipment to stimulate children’s imaginations that will help with their social development that has some affinity for you. You may just like the fact that we install play centres that provide value by being robust and exciting enough to entertain your family and friends for years on end. Whatever your reason, we are grateful that you took time out of your day to consider us.

The next step…
Simple, we talk or exchange emails and give you the information you need, we also like to find out more about you want for your children. We’ll talk about your preferences, your children’s favourite activities, the space you have available, your timings (birthdays for instance) and the budget you would like to work to.
Talking about our products remotely is often sufficient for us to provide personalised technical drawings and a quotation for your consideration. In more complex circumstances; sloping or undulating gardens, incorporating trees, tricky spaces, or a bespoke design, our preference would be to visit you to survey the area in question and talk about your aims in more detail.
Why all the fuss?
Everything we do is custom built to order. We want to make you and your children your dream piece of play equipment, not sell you something we have sitting on the shelf.
Once we have all the information we need (e.g. your choice of model, any bespoke requirements, colour choices, interior fittings, play equipment and accessory selections, installation requirements etc.), we will provide you with professional drawings showing plans and elevations of your play centre. A detailed quotation will also be provided. If you wish to proceed you simply sign and return the drawing and pay a 40% deposit to confirm your order.
When production is under way, we will contact you to confirm your preferred installation date. A team of two or three experienced members of the Playways team will bring the sections of play centre to your home, using our own transport, to carry out the installation. This team is made up of the same individuals that built your play centre at our workshop, meaning they are 100% conversant with the product. Depending on the model, installation typically takes one or two days – although this of course does require the cooperation of mother nature!
When the work is finished, we do like to do an ‘unveiling’ to make sure you are completely satisfied with your play centre. If you have given us permission to do so, we like to take this opportunity to grab a few photos and perhaps some video footage to capture your reactions.
Once the team has completed the installation the balance of payment is due along with a big thank you from all of us at Playways.
